Ever have those nights where you have so much going on and you just need a quick and easy supper? Yup, its one of those nights here tonight. I have a women's conference to go to for work, so I needed to think of something that I could make ahead and have ready for Kory and the girls. This meal is perfect! Stove top Goulash. Easy and Tasty!
You will need three different pans for the recipe though. Start by browning the meat in a pan,
While the meat is browning throw your sauce into a big stock pot. (this is the pot that you will eventually add everything to)
If the third and final pot, salt some water and bring it to a boil.

After it comes to a nice rumbling boil throw any type of pasta you would like in and let it cook away.
While you are waiting for the pasta to cook, drain your ground beef, and toss it in the pot with the sauce.
Throw in a little cheese, or in my case a LOT of cheese!

And finally when the pasta is done cooking, drain it and throw it in the pot as well. Mix it all up nice and good!
Top with a little Parsley and tada its ready to eat!
If you are a cheese freak like I am, you will like what I do. Pour all the past in a glass baking dish, and sprinkle a little more cheese on and bake at 350 for about ten minutes until the cheese is nice and bubbly.
Serve with a side salad and some Italian bread with butter.
Perfect!
Enjoy!
